TRX Suspension Training

Add another dimension to your reformer, barre and yoga classes with our new TRX classes. Using the suspension of two straps, TRX is a dynamic, versatile training method that leverages gravity and your bodyweight. Using your ‘powerhouse’ (deep core muscles) you will move from one exercise to the next in a circuit-like manner increasing your heart rate and firing up multiple muscles. The results will have you building strength, improving balance, coordination, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, and endurance. And you’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Mom & Barre fitness

I know it can be challenging to get out the door with a little one(s). I also know that you will leave our B.B classes feeling revitalized and supported by myself and the amazing community of other mothers. Feel relaxed at B.B classes where you can wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and feel free to feed and change your baby in class.

Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates with the barre used as a prop to balance.  Exercises focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.  This class also incorporates light weights to bring some serious burn to every single rep.  2 pounds has never felt so heavy!!  If you’ve been waiting to try barre, what are you waiting for??

Zumba fitness with YJ

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

This is your chance to learn how to dance from professional Kpop artist's who actually produced the Kpop music video! Watch their educational training video's several times a day to learn their exact dance moves. After you've perfected the new Kpop song, get your camera out and produce your Kpop cover rendition of their song on YouTube.
