Jacob is a 300 hour RYT. He has recently completed a Life coaching immersion and a Yin Yoga immersion. He teaches from his experience of transformation through the practice of yoga. Starting with moving and loving your body; creating a connection with yourself and others in the present moment. He hopes to guide you to realize how beautiful and wonderful it truly is to be alive!

Garret believes that exercise is a key component to self-improvement..he offers a Lifestyle Rehab that includes, weights, boxing, yoga, nutrition, stress management, and goal setting.
He holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education Degree and has been a full time personal trainer for 22 years.
Garret is new to the area and is excited about the opportunity to work with you!
YJ started to dance professionally when she was 18, and is trained in ballet, jazz dance, modern dance, Latin dance, and hip-hop dance. She has owned and operated YJ DanceFit since 2014. Her certified fitness disciplines, include: Bootybarre, Zumba, TRX qualified Coach, Core De Force -Beachbody, Jillian Michaels - BodyShred, Singing Bowl Sound Therapist.
YJ will help you build strength and flexibility and continually motivate you to succeed in your fitness goals.
Samantha Rose is a 250 hour RYT and Reiki Master Practitioner with a background in Holistic Nutrition. She teaches hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga with the option for reiki infused classes. Through guided meditation and asana, she will get you out of your head and into your heart.
